• We do not accept insurance – we will provide you with the paperwork necessary to submit to your insurance carrier.
  • Based upon your plan, most insurance carriers may provide you with reimbursement for your visit and / or procedure(s) / surgery. Our office will provide you with a completed superbill for you to present to your insurance company for your request for reimbursement.
  • Payment is expected at the time of the visit.

Please note: A doctor’s referral is NOT necessary from a General Practitioner to see our specialists for a consultation, 2nd opinion, or for treatment at our proctology practice – including surgery.
